Monthly Revenue - The total amount of money generated by the business before any costs, or expenditures.

Net Income - The amount of money the website has made after all expenses have been subtracted.  i.e it's profit.

Link Popularity - The number of people linking to a site through-out the internet.  This may be checked at Link Popularity.

Total Visitors - This is the number of total visitors to a site usually measured by website tracking software tools as the total visits.  For instance, if one person came to your site twice this month, that would count as two visits.

Unique Visitors - This is the number of actual people to a site, measured by many website tracking software tools as the number of unique IP addresses or sessions served.  This number is not the number of hits or page views to a site.  For instance, if one person came to your site twice this month, this would only count as one visitor.

Content Value - This is determined by the appraisers professional opinion of the sites uniqueness, domain name, professional design, proprietary software and market potential as well as any other factors that would either make the site more or less valuable.  Expressed as a percentage.
