Acceptance of Terms

provides its service to you, the
Customer, subject to the following Terms of
Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
In addition, when using particular BuySellWebsite®
services, you and BuySellWebsite®
shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such
services.
Terms of Service(TOS) for BuySellWebsite®

BuySellWebsite®
will never sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Any classified ad
posted on the BuySellWebsite® marketplace is at the sole discretion of its management.

Customer agrees not to post any website description, traffic or
income estimate, contact name, email or phone number, or other
information on BuySellWebsite unless the Customer has all the
appropriate rights and authorizations from the legal website or
domain name owner, to publish this information on the BuySellWebsite
website.

Customer
warrants that all website, financial, contact and related
information provided by the Customer is accurate and all website
data fairly represents the current visitor traffic and business
condition of the website being posted for sale on BuySellWebsite.

Customer
further agrees that the Customer will only post a website or domain
name on the BuySellWebsite online marketplace under the owner’s name
or an authorized business agent legally authorized by the website
owner to market their website business.

BuySellWebsite
may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, remove any
Startup, Established, or Domain-only For Sale website advertisement
listing (“Ad Listing”) that is suspected to have been posted in
violation of these Terms of Service. In addition, BuySellWebsite may
request evidence of compliance with these Terms of Service from
Customers who are suspected to have posted any domain, website,
business, personal or other information in violation of these Terms
of Service (TOS).

BuySellWebsite
will, at its sole discretion, remove any ad listings and deny future
service to, any Customer who repeatedly or knowingly fails to comply
with these TOS.

BuySellWebsite
has sole authority to select the method in which any website or
domain for sale ad listing will be searched, displayed, accessed,
downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the BuySellWebsite website
and BuySellWebsite reserves the right to modify any ad listing as
necessary under these TOS.

Online payments are
handled by PayPal. Postal
payments may be payable to Web Business Properties Inc.

Appraisals and other
custom products are not eligible for refunds. Appraisals will
be posted online for one year from the date of sale.

BuySellWebsite®
assumes no responsibility for any of the sites being bought or sold
through its exchange and is NOT
a "broker" for any site listed.

BuySellWebsite®
will not be held accountable for any loss with regard to it's
appraisal.

BuySellWebsite®
reserves the right to send out its Newsletter at any time interval
it finds appropriate.

Any
litigation or dispute against BuySellWebsite®,
a Web Business Properties Inc Company
or its owners will be conducted in Freeport, Illinois (Stephenson
County).

BuySellWebsite® reserves the right to use twelve(12)
month averages for both traffic and revenue for seasonal businesses
on its appraisals.

BuySellWebsite®
makes no warranty that the services
will meet your requirements, the service will be timely,
uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

BuySellWebsite®
is not a licensed Business or Real
Estate Appraiser.

BuySellWebsite® may add emails from customers who have
posted to the marketplace to the Website For Sale Newsletter.

BuySellWebsite®
is not a licensed business or real
estate appraiser.

BuySellWebsite®
may terminate advertising on their
website at any time, for any reason, refunding any remaining prorated amount still
left on the account if a refund is deemed justified by BuySellWebsite®.

Advertising
subscriptions purchased should be canceled be the advertiser through
PayPal if they no longer wish to continue their advertising account.

is a registered trademark of Web Business Properties Inc, a company
registered in the State of Illinois, USA as an corporation

Some credit card
purchases may be handled by
2CheckOut.com, an alternative payment processing company.

or dispute against BuySellWebsite
or its owners
will be conducted

to turn all accounts that are delinquent more than two billing
cycles over to a collection agency.
